Membership

As a volunteer organisation, the institute relies upon the support of its members to enable it to function effectively. There are many levels of involvement in the UK ranging from the members to the board of trustees. The structure of the institute is best shown by the earth education "tree".

Why become a member?

By making a members contribution to I•E•E you will receive:

  • Canopy, our UK members journal
  • Seedbeds, a newsletter listing current UK opportunities in earth education and other good things
  • Annual Reports summarising each year
  • 10 % discount on books, props, materials and workshops
  • Opportunities for active involvement in a world-wide network of earth educators

How to join

Just download and print off a membership form! Once you have completed it, simply post it with a cheque for the membership fee (or a purchase order so we can invoice you) to the address on the form.
